Hi Marina, how did you find out about Forde Fitness?

I found Forde Fitness because my personal trainer Maxime joined as a trainer.  He asked me if I wanted to try it. I trust him and he knew that I was going to like it.

And did you like it?

After my first class with Forde Fitness I wanted to keep going, so I joined it for 10 more trainings, and then another 10, and another 10! The people, the energy, the motivation and the fun are the most important things that I have noticed since I started with them.

So, what’s the difference between Forde Fitness and a regular gym? and what do you prefer?

In a regular gym, the people go, do their trainings or classes and leave. Here, all of us know each other and push each other to keep going and train as hard as we can. The regular gyms for me are too boring and superficial.  With Forde Fitness, it doesn’t matter what you look like, or if you are shy, they are going to introduce you to the group as another participant. If you are there it’s because you want to be a better version of yourself, and they are going to help you to reach your goal. It’s like a family! Of course, there are days when you are not very motivated, or you had a bad day, or its raining… a day that you can make any excuse to not go (like in a regular gym) but the moment you are with them…everything changes, and you train like a beast to make the day better. You don’t have this kind of support  in a regular gym; you go, train, do your stuff, but then you may still feel you didn’t train very good or hard because you didn’t have the support or encouragement. With Forde Fitness, you feel better and better every day. 

And what was your first class like?

My first class with Forde Fitness was in Gleisdreieck park. Training in a park in Berlin is one of the best things I’ve ever done! It was with my personal trainer Maxime and since then I haven’t stopped!

What keeps you coming back for more?

The people, the trainings and that I have so much fun with them. For me, having fun during the trainings is very important because I don’t want to get bored always doing the same stuff. With Forde Fitness, every training session is different, so you train every part of your body. The trainers are very professional and they take care of you, checking to make sure if you are doing the exercises properly or not, and provide you with the motivation to finish with all your strength. 

What about your experience with the 90-day challenge?

The 90-day challenge changed my life! I needed a challenge like this to lose all the kilos that I had wanted to lose for years. Since the challenge started I changed my life’s whole routine! I wake up earlier, do morning stretching, eat healthy food and take better care of myself. I want to reach my goal, and I know with Forde Fitness and the support I receive from the trainers, the others challengers, and my buddies, it will be easier, to achieve.  And after the 90 days I will keep doing the exercise routines that I’m learning, because we need 21 days to make an habit and 90 days to create a new lifestyle! 

How did your experience impact your life in general?

I feel much better with myself. I feel more self-confident, and can say that I have become in one of these people that cannot stay more than one week without training! I like to train like a beast and feel that my muscles are getting harder and harder. I don’t want to stop and I won’t!

What can you tell us about the Forde Fitness Community? Have you made any new friends?

The Community for me is like a little family! I’ve made new good friends, and I feel so lucky to train with them. We share the same motivation, and we encourage each other to become the best version of ourselves. 

Do you have any general feedback?

Keep doing like this!! The beginnings are not easy, but you have a model of training and a model of gym that a lot of people will like. 🙂
